Gommateshwara Statue
The Gommateshwara Statue is a 57-foot tall monolithic statue located on Vindyagiri Hill in Shravanabelagola, Karnataka. It is one of the most important pilgrimage sites for Jains and is dedicated to Lord Bahubali, symbolizing peace, non-violence, and sacrifice. The statue is carved out of a single block of granite and is considered one of the largest free-standing statues in the world.
