Shettihalli Rosary Church
The Shettihalli Rosary Church is a submerged Gothic-style church located in the Hassan district of Karnataka, India. It was built in the 1860s by French missionaries and is now partially underwater due to the construction of the Hemavathi Dam and Reservoir. The church is a popular tourist attraction, especially during the monsoon season when it is almost fully submerged, offering a surreal and picturesque view.
